Gauge swap
You're in the 2019+ 5th gen forums, you may have more luck in the forum for your generation of truck as I doubt very many here would know the answer to your question. -
Tire and wheel advice
I've not tried https://www.willtheyfit.com/ with truck tires/wheels but i used it alot back when i was into car modification to see how well a wheel/tire combo would fit the vehicle in comparison to the stock configuration. It could help you make a decision on tiresize/wheel offset maybe. -
Dash Cam's
I use the escort M1 because of the ease of use since it shares a power plug with my radar detector. Blackvue is probably one of the go to companies for dashcams that Ive seen around. I believe Thinkware is another good brand if I'm remembering the name correctly.- Mehgyver

Dash Dimer Switch - dead band area
unfortunately its just the way the switch works. Its awful, there's almost no change as you scroll it then bam its like staring into the sun. -
CD player stolen
When i got into my 2019 for the test drive at the dealership i looked down...looked at the dealer and said "CD Player" and he was like "Yeeeah...thats an option" at which point i just sorta chuckled. -
2019 Tire size
looks like it does, you may want to contact them to verify its fifth gen, did they continue making the classic 1500 in 2020? -

My biggest gripe about truck wheels is they all have those fake bead lock bolts around the outside of the wheel -
Those Without Wireless Charging
on longer trips when i bother plugging my phone into the usb-c port for android auto action i stick my phone down there, never had any issue with it staying put
