    If you really dont want to use a sealant on the third brake light. Have someone hose down the truck with you in it and look at the seals around the slider. I have a 06 too and I have had this issue with the slider. Hope this helps.

    Hello, if this is a concern, why not just look at the adjustable options out there. There are several options ranging from light duty like the one pictured all the way up to some heavy duty ones. Hope this helps.

    Did your truck come with this option and you are looking for a replacement or trying to add this feature to the truck? I beleive the Modules needed are 68225102AC/68225103AC and not the Modules ending in 100AC and 101AC.

    Sounds like your third brake light seal has been compromised. Or your inner drain tubes may be clogged. Do you have a rear slider on your truck?

    To add to that, this is by far the best forum ive been on. I have a 2006 Ram since new and this forum has helped me keep her on the road and out of a dealer. Every time I have ever had a problem, there was a post describing my issue and what I needed to get to fix it.
