The 2014 Ram's had a ZF8 speed but if you are pulling it all from a car I am not sure. I was thinking that it was 2015 that they added the 8 speed to the Hemi's in the cars.

They should. I have a single cab R/T with a 2/4 drop stock 22's and I am running the same size tires. If you crank the wheel all the way it does touch the front sway bar though. but you have to crank it hard to make it do that

I have a 2014 Ram R/T regular cab. Do you have the driver side window switch? I have an aftermarket one and it sucks. and it is orange. LOL I wasn't able to find the correct one.
You have to use Alpha OBD and set them to LED's so the truck knows. You can get a wireless adapter and download the app. There is a huge thread for it on here but it should have the settings you need on the first page.
I have a 2014 RT with a 2/4 drop on it and I am running 305/45/22 and there is no reason for them to bottom out or rub when you hit a bump or dip. They will touch the sway bar at full lock a little bit though.
