Hello there! Came across your setup and had some questions. I am about to do the 1.5 zone body lift too, did you have any issues with anything in the engine compartment or anywhere else on the truck? Wires being stretched to the limit or any other hose issues, etc? I have the s&b intake and know that intake tube angle will change, but others have said it still is fine. Thanks!

Hey! I had/have absolutely NO issues with wires or hoses or anything at all. Its only 1.5", minimal. As far as installing... The rear bumper is the only PITA, have to cut 3/4" out of each side of bottom of the bumper. The rest is all easy...

Install the spacers one side at a time... Be liberal with the thread lock. I did have re-tighten my bed bolts but that was the only thing I encountered. I did take my spare completely out along with the absolutely worthless spare tire lowering mechanism. GOOD LUCK!

Moparpeetie, Any tips on the 1.5 BL Install? Going to do it soon. Is it as easy as I have been led to believe? I have the same set up you have but without the BL right now.

No real tips its pretty strait forward, maybe ditch the spare tire "hoist", its useless any way and one less step to do. I got a bed mounted tire strap from n-fab(not installed yet) to move my spare. The spacer for this that is in the BL I just junked along with the factory "hoist"contraption...

Its real easy, the instructions from Zone SUCK! Air is your best friend.... I used a die grinder to cut the bumper,a drill and an air hammer for the alignment pins that need to be removed. The pucks themselves are the easiest part, just do one side at a time

Awesome it looks bad ass. I just bought a 2015 outdoorsman. It has a 2in zone leveling kit and a zone 1.5. Body lift. I bought it from the dealership like that. I was just trying to figure out a tire size for it as it came with the stock 17's. Was looking at 285 but wasn't sure but if your running 35 12.50 with no problem then I'd be good

Ok. What do you have done to the suspension on your blue one to run the 35's I'm assuming 35x12.50?

Yes 35x12.50x18. Have Bilstiens set at 2.8, they have been set there since I installed them a year ago, no issues with them at all. I installed a Zone 1.5 inch body lift just for a little added clearance. I do have a 3/4" top gun. Spacer in the rear just to have a little rake. I have no rubbing ,no issues at all.

It's a lot less expensive than a 4" suspension lift and once the bils settle its 4" anyway! Think I have $425 in it all and my time to install ut
