    If it was repaired, damn they did a great job but not on top the HEMI badge... I have verified and there are no signs or imperfections at all.

    I'm the third owner, but this car has a clean report of no accidents. I've looked meticulously the fender and it has not been repaired.

    Hi! Definitely it was clear coat. I just scratched it until no sign of peeling coat was visible. Then I apply a thin layer of clear coat. It doesn't look like a professional job, but I guess it will work to keep the clear coat on its place.
