Just a food for thought, since you’re doing all this work to your truck. If you don’t like the MDS, now would be a good time to delete the whole system and use non MDS lifter and cams. Get a custom tune and permanently delete the system. -

Side note with factory air bags vs aftermarket helper bags. The aftermarket bags still have the support of the original coil springs, helper air bags only need to assist and mask any issues with incorrect balancing of cargo. Why should I stay with RAM?
biggest draw back to the current 3/4 and 1 ton ram is the smaller cab, the ram 1500 cab is drastically bigger, comparable to the F250 and GM 2500 cab size. Power Wagon Towing - real life experience
I’ve notice w the rear coils over traditional leaf springs is that you definitely need to have little bit more tongue weight on the hitch to keep that trailer sway down. It’s probably due to the design of the rear suspension but otherwise no problems with them and great write up- Nickx86
