    No kidding, I bought some flex tape for my situation. I hadn't actually put it on yet. I've had my truck for over 2 years. In that time, I've had the 3rd brake light replaced every time, so I am on my 5th CHMSL. Still leaking. Had the local dealer (not where I bought it) keep it for 2 weeks...

    Floor Mat Recall

    I ordered carpeted mats for my Tradesman a month after buying the truck & haven't even thought of an interference issue. It may have to do with the all weather mats having those tall ribs to catch snow/mud. Carpet mats are likely thinner than Ram's fix for the all weather mats. :happy175:

    There have been some trucks selling for over $100K before. As for the TRX, the early adopters might pay $100K for the first ones, but the frenzy will cool off within months. The ADMs will fall off & you could get one for sticker price. As if those $85K prices will feel any better. :rotflmao:

    I personally think the TRX is the reason that the Durango Hellcat will be a one year only model. Ram will build TRXs until the real dinosaurs dry up. :laughing1:

    Best Mods for Under $100

    Mine being a Tradesman trim level truck, the base model system being listed as only 6 speakers with no sub, it hits almost as hard as the factory Blaupunkt system I had in my 2005 GTO that DID come with a sub. It may not shake the seats of the car next to me, but it does more than I ever expected.

    Either the woofer is small & hides well, or my truck doesn't have one & the door speakers are even better than I thought.

    Actually I have. It sounds like it might be a heat shield or something rattling against the catalytic converter or muffler. Considering the major problem I had with the cab leaking, a little rattle hasn't "rattled" me. :rotflmao:
