3500 DRW MPG's before/after delete/tune
Lol, yeah that's not happening with a 6.7 in any body style. I've never had a DRW, just SRW so my numbers may be slightly higher. 2007 6.7, reverse level, 33" tires (305/55/20),fully deleted, 3.73 gearing, T4 366 turbo, draconian tuned TCM and draconian EFI-live tuning. 12-13mpg in town...- NWRQC

2010 6.7 Cummins with DPF
Don't waste your money on a cold air intake, unless you are just looking to add some sound. You can replace the NOX and DPF with race pipes, but without a tuner you'll need SIMs. The simulate that the NOX and DPF are still present so the truck doesn't go into regen, but you will have a CEL...- NWRQC

Exhaust question
You don't have to delete the EGR. If you remove the DPF and NOX filters you will need a different tuner, the Banks programmer isn't delete capable.- NWRQC

Get ready to spend a little money. You can swap your exhaust out for an aftermarket 4" or 5" of your choice. I ran 4" diamond eye exhaust w/the muffler and I was happy. Need to replace exhaust system
The link you provided is for an 03-07 Ford 6.0. If you are swapping out the exhaust with an an aftermarket one it will most likely need a tuner because you will be removing the DPF and NOX filters in the process. You are looking at about $1500 for the exhaust and tuner. Well worth the money...- NWRQC

Replacing the intake won't affect the regen process. Replacing the intake will little more than lighten your wallet and add a little sound when accelerating.- NWRQC
