Somewhere...there's a "Merry Christmas" thread somewhere where some wonderful soul downloaded the entire 2000 Ram service manual into a pdf file that you can load into your computer or burn to disc. There's a TSB for plug wire routing but your wires have to be on the right plugs first. Apparently listing the site upsets the forum god(s) so you'll have to google it. This TSB solves cross firing of ignition wires at the cap Backfire through TB is a lean condition. If your IAC isn't working...- Okiespaniel

Steering knuckle taper
Do you have photos of the DOR tie rods? I thought he was using a heim joints at all ends. Normally you'd have to ream the hole to make a straight hole, not a taper. Most Heim joints use a straight bolt type assembly. Reamers and or gauges can be find at industrial supply places or companies...- Okiespaniel

16x7 cast rims...285x75x16 is the safest size. Chances are they'll touch somewhere. I've seen all kinds of stupid stuff though in the last 19 years...but because you can doesn't mean you should- Okiespaniel

Sounds like your transmission is in limp mode. Even if you didn't, you should have a CEL. Do you have overdrive? Seems like a governor pressure switch and transducer to me.
