    I run 50 in the front and 35 in the rear empty. With our 7k TT I run 50 in the rear also. Rides as well as a 1/2 ton truck. It does get a little firmer when towing but nothing like the class 8’s I’ve been used to driving.

    Check all of your boost hoses and connections. Sounds like you are loosing turbo boost somewhere.

    You can take your foot off of the brake pedal after you push the start button and not feel or hear the power steering unit through the hydraboost for the brakes. It will still fire up after the grid heater disengages.
