I went with the WeatherTechs and I couldn't be happier. Took me about an hour to install them (when it was 116 degrees in Phoenix so there were many water breaks).
I just upgraded from my 2018 sport to a 2020 EcoDiesel Limited with air ride. Does anyone have a thought as to what size tire I can go to without bottoming out when the air ride goes to the lowest setting? I would like to get about another inch or two of height out of this. Thanks.
I would have liked more off, but I got them to knock off about 5k on the asking price. In other times, I could have gotten more off, but then I wouldn't have gotten as much for the trade.
Traded in the 2018 Sport for a 2020 Limited EcoDiesel this weekend. The used truck market is crazy right now. I paid $38k in 2018 and I got $34k on the trade with 40k miles on it. The 2020 wasn't even listed on their inventory list, they had just parked it on the lot while I was there.
I have the RetraxPro MX on mine and I love it. I installed it on my 2015 Ram and just took it with me when I traded up for the 2018 (dealer offered me $100 for it in the trade). It's pretty secure when the tailgate is locked.
I've had them for about 3 years now. I don't keep anything really heavy in them (maybe 20 pounds per box) and the plastic has started to crack and one of the boxes is hard to latch into place, but to be fair, that truck bed gets really hot during an Arizona summer. If I were to do it again, I...
I really don't know. I imagine that I don't see the same amount of rain living in Phoenix that you do. I'll have to take a look next time I head outside, but I think that the cover overlaps the tailgate by about a quarter of an inch or so. I'll run it thru the car wash on Saturday and check...
I have the Retrax Pro MX. Moved it from my 2015 Ram to the 2018 Ram (dealership was adding $100 to the trade in for the cover :321:). I've had it for 3 years now and the only thing I've noticed is that the latch gets a little sticky sometimes. Never have any water intrusion.
Thanks!! I love the BedRug, the only problem is that the adhesive on the back of the velcro which holds the rug at the top of the tailgate melts in the summer and doesn't stick. Have to find a new way to get it to stay on. :D
