Thanks for all the great input guys. Much appreciated. I was pretty skeptical about this EMP Shield but figured I'd ask.
Funny how as soon as you do some research on a topic (EMP for example), all the ads you start to get popping up.
So after reading through the closed down Bugout and war truck thread, I wanted to ask a question. Has anyone installed one of these in their truck or house? and do they really work?

i had the same issue. couple of things: 1. the frame end of the track bar needs to torqued to 215 ft lbs, if not it will wear and need to be replace (happened to me). I retorque every couple of oil changes and grease every oil change 2. the frame end uses a delrin bushing... see below...
Very minor at full lock. If I rubbed three times in two years it's a lot. I use this truck as my daily driver and pull in and out of parking spaces daily with no issues.
I will say that if you intend on doing hard core off-roading, you may need to trim a bit in the fender/wheel wells. For...
I'll never go down from 37's. No real noticeable power loss and pull my dump trailer (full) just fine. I installed the AEV ProCal tuner to change the computer to 37's and had the dealer recalibrate the speedo.
I'm running them on OEM wheels too, and have not had any significant rubbing.
Thanks. I figured it wouldn't be a straightforward swap. Some s@@t came up and I haven't had time to get back under to remove the end links just yet. This week though I should have time.
Thanks @wobly A friend in AZ has a 2020 PW. He Just checked his. His has some play but not as much as mine. His rubber dampener fits much tighter as well.

Seems like excessive lash.
I happen to have a non disconnecting sway bar from a 2500. Anyone know if I swap them out and disconnect the sway bar motor, are there othe electronics tied to that? Will I have a warning light come on?
Would be temporary to make sure this is the problem and until I sack up to buy a replacement.
Before I removed one of the sway bar end links I was inspecting the disconnecting sway bar motor assembly.
Should I have this much play in the coupling with both sway bar end links still connected and the sway bar engaged?
Not sure how to get the vid to upload. But I can rock it by hand about...
only when going over a rough patch. However, it's done this now with the last three sets of tires. 35" General Grabbers, 37" Maxis Razr's and now 37" Cooper Discoverer STT Pros.
