Oil dipstick issues
So I installed ARH long tubes last week, install was smooth except for the dipstick. I chopped of the lower mounting bracket with a dremel tool, and forced out a couple of hernias trying to pull the dipstick out of its hole. Exactly. I know how everything went together, what it’s all torqued to, and why I had pieces leftover. When some components needed to be chopped, it was me doing the chopping. Plus it’s a pain to try and find an off-road shop near me, it seems like they’re all jeep guys and not sure as I’d ever...- Postman2015

Alright so just an update for all the guys saying “why would you ruin a perfectly good truck with a lift?”. I finally got a second to go turn some wrenches yesterday. 6 inches, probably closer to 7 with the bilsteins set at 2.1 and a 5” rear spring. My wife told me they’re the biggest she’s ever seen, she might be lying though.- Postman2015

If you look closely on this pic you can see that the cv axle appears not to be pressed all the way into the intermediate shaft. It felt good when I installed it as it popped past the ring and seated. I’m concerned because the other side is nearly flush, just wondering if anyone had a similar...- Postman2015
