    Water on Driver side floor

I was thinking the same thing, I asked the Service Manager how long the stuff lasts and he said for me to expect it to last the life of the vehicle, it's a very particular sealant, that's what took the longest on the repair was actually acquiring the stuff because it's heavy duty grade. As long...

    Water on Driver side floor

Well it rained all morning and when I checked the truck earlier it was bone dry. Looks like they may have finally fixed it, took them 3 trips to the dealer and over 3 weeks but it's fixed for now.

    Water on Driver side floor

I have the truck back, they went behind the fender again and applied more sealant, this time they applied it on every weld edge they could possibly see. It's supposed to rain here the next 3 days so I'll see if it worked.

    3.6L custom intake tube

First driving impression, it doesn't take much gas pedal to get the truck moving anymore. That infamous Pentastar throttle lag is still there but is very minor from what I can tell. I took a trip on my usual route to work with the stock filter and intake tubing and drove home. I then installed...

    3.6L custom intake tube

I got bored last week and decided to build a custom intake tube. I found a 4" diameter AirAid U-Build it kit for $99 on ebay, bought a couple of Spectre 4" couplers from amazon, and finally a high flowing drop in filter. This thing was extremely easy to make and I had a lot of fun doing it.

Removed Rear Panel to Swap out speaker and found this...

My Hummer H3 did this, it was normal for water to get inside your door, it just drains out eventually, I understand the frustration though.

    Water on Driver side floor

Well I got my truck back after 2 weeks. They removed the fender and applied some type of epoxy over the weld edges. They then water tested it and said it was no longer leaking. The rain we received today determined that was a lie. Went outside and immediately spotted the water dripping into the...

    Recommendations on “cai”

So far all I have is the 80mm Throttle Body, 40 series muffler and 10 series resonator. They don't make a CAI for the Pentastar yet. I'm about to just buy the airaid u build it system and keep the stock airbox, but replace the filter with a more free flowing one. Only issue I can see if the air...

    Water on Driver side floor

Yup, yup, truck is at the dealer right now, they have the water specialist looking at it again, they don't want to jump straight to the removal of the fender (even though I'm 99% sure that's the issue). The water specialist called me about an hour ago and said the carpet was bone dry. Well no...

    Good sounding Pentastar Exhaust setup.

Howdy y'all, as you may know I was able to convince FCA to give me a dual exhaust with black tips for my Pentastar (due to me having the Night Edition and on the website it says it comes with dual exhaust and black tips). Anyway, I went to the dealer and had them check the work order and they...

    Water on Driver side floor

Well, it rained this morning and I went outside to find water pooled up on the driver side foot well again. Called the dealer again and they are going to get me in on Monday. Also found how they "sealed" the cowl.... duct tape.

    RIPP Coil Packs

Well RIPP claims the spark on their coil packs is 29 milijoules, but I read from a FCA website that the new PUG Pentastars come equipped with 100 milijoule coil packs... Seems like the stocks ones are much better.
