That's going to be a pain, but doable. I still need to get an antenna. I will probably just go with a Lil' Wil for now.

I'm wanting to put a cb in my truck too. I have a Uniden PC-122 and a Cobra 25 LTD that I have had for years, but not used in a long time. Any suggestions on which one I should install?

Has anybody ever tried one of those windshield antenna's? I used to have an old Monte Carlo that had the antenna built into the windshield. I wonder how well an aftermarket one would work?
I just got a set of Husky floormats for mine a couple weeks ago. I really like them. My wife has Weathertechs in her car, but I like the Husky's a lot better.
Mine almost feels like the axle is bouncing when I hit bumps. Even just the seams in the road. After putting some weight in the bed, it doesn't seem quite as bad. My tire size is 305/55r20 and they weigh about 25 lbs a tire more than the stock tires were.
I also just bought some Amp tires and am having a problem with the truck shaking. It doesn't feel like a tire out of balance though. I'm beginning to think that my factory shocks are not strong enough to hold the heavy tires on the ground. I put a couple hundred pounds of weight in the bed...
I dropped it down to 35psi in the front and about 32 in the rear(cold pressure) and it seems to ride a lot better. There is still some roughness, but I think it's just the tires. I'm sure some new shocks probably wouldn't hurt either. I only have 35k miles on the truck, I'm sure that would...
Maybe I'm running too much pressure. I've played around with from 40psi up to 60. Maybe 40 is still too high. That's where it is now when it's cold. I'll try lowering my pressure some more and see what that does. If it doesn't help, I might try finding a shop that does the road force balancing.
I just got a set of 305/55r20 Amp Terrain Grippers about 1.5 weeks ago. Ever since I got them put on, it seems like it rides rougher than it should. I know it went from the stock SR-A's to 10 ply almost mud terrains but I have read reviews saying that they ride smooth. I had a place...
I'd like to paint the side steps black and get black wheels for it. I think the copper and black looks better than copper and chrome. As soon as I get my Jeep Commander sold, I'm going to be putting new tires on it. Haven't decided what yet but I'm leaning towards Falken AT3's.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I'm not sure if I'm going to mess with it right now. Maybe if I ever get a tuner, I will.
