    Several of the 5th Gen rams on here have the same problem, including me. It sticks at about the 10:00 position. Several people have had the rack replaced. I believe that there is a tech bulletin on the issue.

    Physics and fluid dynamic's (air flow) are two different things.

    That's why a boat trailer is easier to back up for the most part. As a rule, the axles are further back under the trailer because of the motor.

    A tow behind is a tow behind. Physics are the same. Difference is that when the axle is further back, it is easier to backup.

    Actually, waggin the dog is mostly a bumper pull issue, not a fiver issue. Fifer issue is when going too fast and trying to make a ninety degree corner. Then the trailer will roll the truck because of the high pivot point of the pin box. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INyiMA3hfto...
