Several of the 5th Gen rams on here have the same problem, including me. It sticks at about the 10:00 position. Several people have had the rack replaced. I believe that there is a tech bulletin on the issue.
But, are people using the Jeep for a hot rod/daily driver, or working it and putting it through a heavy work load day? Cruisin' and workin' are two differant things.
Actually, waggin the dog is mostly a bumper pull issue, not a fiver issue. Fifer issue is when going too fast and trying to make a ninety degree corner. Then the trailer will roll the truck because of the high pivot point of the pin box.
