Stained cloth?
I use Griot's Garage Interior Cleaner. Spray it on and saturate the area, then put a Drill Brush in your drill and agitate the area. Finish with a Bissel Spot Clean Pro to extract the mess that gets lifted out. Has worked well for me on both carpets and seats. -

Clean Cloth seats / Neoprene seat cover reccomendations
I use an interior cleaner and a drill with a brush attached for the scrub/agitation. Then use a Bissel spot cleaner for the extraction. Works well, and seats are dry and ready in a few hours.
