back door stuck shut
Pull the door panel (PITA) and make sure the rods are still attached to the release lever mechanism. If one isn't, pull the release lever and manually pull up or down whichever rod is disconnected. That should get the door open assuming all else is in good shape. On my 2002, the lower latch on... -

Fixed the driver rear door... it stuck and it wasn't because the rod needed adjusting. I presume the PO never opened the thing. Whole mechanism was rusted in place. 2002 1500 4.7 multiple misfire
An 02 1500 is a 3rd gen, so you'll probably want to post over there. Check to make sure the MAF sensor is functioning; you'll also likely have a check engine light, so have it scanned and see what it says.- Revanoff2

Are you pulling the top of the seat forward when the bottom is all the way up? I would try pulling on the top forward while also lifting the bottom up. You may find the top flips forward before the bottom is all the way vertical.- Revanoff2

The OBDKEY is in the photo on their main page, and was listed right below the MX/MX+. I plugged in my BAFX ELM327 knock-off and AlfaOBD connected no problem, so at least for my truck, and OBDKEY unit wasn't compatible. Rear Resonator removal
So far as I can tell, it doesn't make the truck "louder" per se, but it should sound "snappier" and yes, you'll get more drone in the cab.- Revanoff2
