Ramcares has helped me in getting my navigation system repaired. Now they are helping me again on the same issue. The first time was that Ram had to order a whole new unit. Radio randomly freezes
I have pretty close to the same problem. AT 18000 miles I had problems of the navigation telling me I was in Texas. I live in Oregon. Navigation problem
Well got a call to come into the dealer to have my new navigation unit installed. Got there and was waiting. Said it would take a got hour or so. 20 minutes later they come in to the waiting room to tell me that they got the wrong radio. WHAT??? Here we go again.- riden2low

Finally got things going thanks to Jasmine from Ram Social Care Specialist. After a couple of trips to the dealer for them to try different things from reset, power down to diagnostics of the system, then leave the truck there for them to try other things.
