There are a couple of projects around (Carsifi and AAWireless) with wireless Android Auto adapters for wired android auto vehicles. I upgraded my HU to a Pioneer 9" touchscreen with Android Auto Wireless built in so haven't tried these with the UConnect 8.4 radios.
