For sake of reference, my truck is a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Quad Cab Short Bed 4x4 equipped with the 5.7L HEMI V8 w/MDS, 545RFE automatic transmission, 3:92 rear axle ratio, LSD, and 20" alloy rims. Odometer read 208,599 miles and 6,790 engine hours when purchased 02/16/2023.
My Ram is wearing Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl Coat paint, a chrome front and rear end, chrome nerf bars, and a spray-on bed liner with an OEM fiberglass hard-top bed cover.
This is not my first Dodge or my first V8 — I also own a 2002 Dakota w/ the 4.7L — but it is my first Ram and my first HEMI. I'm looking forward to learning and contributing here!
