Mystery “vents” behind interior panel
A potential entry point for water. Not knowing for sure if that was the location where I was getting water under my rear seat after heavier rains, I replaced the vents with a newer improved version and it appears to have helped. -

I debadged the doors.
I think these trucks are distinctive enough that you don't need to drive around advertising what they are. Much cleaner. -

Finally Debadge and window vinyl off
I definitely prefer the cleaner look. My debadging/pillar removal went pretty smooth. I had a very faint shadow left on the passenger door where the Ram 1500 had been. Definitely better to do it when the paint is newer. -
