    I bought a set of wheels and tires from them a few years ago when I had my 1500. No issues, deal was good. Shipping comes via freight not UPS/FedEx so it's a little slower but no big deal. I'd use em again.

    What year is the 1 ton? And I'm assuming single wheel axle? One other thing to consider is if you go diesel, you also have an exhaust brake that you don't get with the 6.4. I've heard both schools of thought on bed length, my 2500 is a 6.5" bed. Some people have had cab clearance issues...

    You talking about these? They came on this truck, I'm not a huge fan actually. I liked the full tube SmittyBilt steps I had on my 1500. The wife complains too, they're too far forward.

    No, it doesn't bounce back or stop, and it bangs in both directions. The first time I really noticed it, I had the wife get in and move the wheel while I crawled under the front of the truck to see if I could pin point it. She said she could feel it in the steering wheel too, when it knocked.

    I've used them and would use them again. I had no issues. Wheels came ready to bolt up with tires mounted. They ship as freight so it took a little bit but nothing too drastic.

    This... My actuator levers in the E-brake drum were frozen. The pads were worn to steel. Pop the back rotor off and see. It's a stupid $15 dealer part if I recall, but you have to pull the axle's to do the job. This was on an 11, 1500.

    Had em on my 1500, just put em on my 2500 too. $25 at Home Depot, and 5 min of time.
