Wiper Issues
Sounds like the linkage is broken, you may be able to see the link from the outside and looking in through the cowl screen. If one side is working I don't believe it is an electrical problem. Good Luck Larry- Silver Goose

From what you have described it sounds like the universal joint. Easy to check, lift the truck or just slid far enough under to reach the drive shaft.
