    Maybe a bit off-topic....has anyone managed to get turn by turn to show up in the EVIC using a 2018 UAS on v22.6 with CarPlay? I have enabled the setting in the BCM via AlphaOBD but it does not show up as a display option on the screen. Thinking the feature is reserved for UAQ units only??

    No, I did the power mod per thrashie using the same P/N hub. The phone has power but no connectivity to the head. Could this be a mission for AlphaOBD and the BCM?

    thrashie, I did this hub swap hoping to get CarPlay on my 2018 into 2016 upgrade. For some reason, the head will not acknowledge a USB connection. I have power at the hub, phone charges but no CarPlay and no USB connection. Disconnected battery, rechecked the connections, no love. Amy ideas?

    Folks, Found an RA3 17.43.01 version that worked on my Canadian MY16 8.4 UConnect stuck on 16.09.09. This should allow me to jump to 18.45.01 and activate the NAV/install the latest map package although I'm pretty sure I can do that on 17.43.01. The file is here...

    High idle of 1500rpms

    vacuum leak will cause a run away (high) idle. You say you tap on it and the rpm increases. like I said guessing. You can test it with a squirt bottle of water. Couple of squirts around the base and it should settle down. If not, then it's something else.
