My vote is also third brake light. Stick your hand way back under the rear seat and see if its damp. If so you can get a peel and stick rubber gasket from home depot or any auto parts store. I would also put one of those moisture remover things for boats in the cab to get rid of smell.

Drill holes through bucket and coke can so that can spins freely in center of bucket. Coat can with PB and set up a ramp. Works like a charm.

Here are a few things that you can try.
Make sure they removed the retaining clips that hold the rotors in place. The factory wheels have a cutout that allows for the clip. Aftermarkets need a flush surface.
Might also look into hub centric rings if the mounting hole in the wheel is larger...
Hard to tell from the pictures but if that is vinyl covering on the B pillars, I am guessing that is a defect in the vinyl. I have seen a similar grid on "air release vinyl" which lets the air escape as it is being installed to prevent bubbles.
I just did mine and ran the wiring along the bottom of the bumper just above the valance. Holes seemed to line up with the plastic barbs on the harness pretty well.
