    Tailgate Latch sticking/won't open

Does anyone know how to adjust the tailgate latch? I have to push forward on my tailgate just to get it to open (it will no longer open remotely). It's annoying. I searched YouTube and only found adjustment instructions for the old-style RAM. Thanks in advance.

Rear Spring Part # for max tow springs

UPDATE: So I decided to go all in with an AirLift system. I went with the following: - LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus - 2” spacer (to compensate form the MOPAR lift) - WirelessAir Gen 2 Compressor system I didn’t NEED the compressor, but after finding out that I could control the pressure in...

Rear Spring Part # for max tow springs

You have a nice rig for you, but it's not at all what I'm looking for. First I'm not putting springs made for a Gladiator on a 5th get ram. Second, I have no interest in off-roading my RAM (I have a Jeep for that). Thanks for your suggestion, but def not the direction I'm looking to go.

Rear Spring Part # for max tow springs

That link is for Jeep Gladiator Springs. I didn't spend $1200 on the Mopar/Fox lift to put springs made for a Gladiator. Sounds like a good idea, but I'm not willing to retro something that's not meant for my truck. I still have to drive this everyday and plan on putting 150K+ miles on it...

Rear Spring Part # for max tow springs

I looked into it. The only AirLift kit that could potentially work on my truck is the LoadLifter 5000. Their spacers are generic and not application-specific. I'd be better off fabricating something myself (which is what I might end up doing). The only thing I don't like about the AirLift...

Rear Spring Part # for max tow springs

I can’t, I have the MOPAR lift. Airbags (specifically the type that go inside the spring)

Rear Spring Part # for max tow springs

I recently bought an ATV that I carry in the bed of the RAM on occasion. I would like to replace my stock springs with the MOPAR max tow package springs. Does anyone know (or know how to figure out) the correct part number. There are at least a half dozen different springs and the parts...

Leather dash lifting away and crating bubbles, seats peeling

Had the same problem with 2 different Grand Cherokees. Finally got rid of the ones with the leather dash. It wasn’t worth the aggravation.

    RBP stealth running boards installed!

I completed the install of my RBP Stealth Power running boards last night in about 3 hours. The mounting is pretty straight forward. Although the the only wiring that connects to the vehicle is the positive and negative power wires, wiring is a little complex (especially if you’re not...

Anyone have RBP Power Running boards?

I was about to order the MOPAR power running boards, but I wasn’t happy about the complex wiring or the fact I would have to get the BCM flashed at the dealer get the boards to work. I had previously been looking at the AMP research aftermarket boards, but didn’t like how they used the OBD-II...

    Frustrating dealer visit!

Service writers are the worst (in most cases). They know nothing that the computer in front of their face isn’t telling them. I had one claim they were not going to cover a couple bad lifters on my Grand Cherokee. He claimed my Jeep ran out of oil and that’s why the lifter failed. I do...

    AirLift 5000 opinions

You are simply wrong. The lower bump stop spacer that comes with the MOPAR lift kit is not the same shape as the stock lower bump stop plate. The AL 5000 bag mounts specifically to an angled portion of the stock lower bump stop plate that doesn’t exist on the lift kit spacer plate. I would...

    AirLift 5000 opinions

The reason I asked is for input, specifically on how people like the 5000 airlift system. You were the one who suggested the 1100hd system... and unfortunately it will not work with my lifted truck. You than posted the spacers as a solution, but they only work on the 5000/7500 airlift...

    AirLift 5000 opinions

Those only work on the 5000 and 7500 series....not the 1000HD. That being said, they are generic spacers and would also require fabrication.
