    I recently discovered this weather stripping / rubber is literally crumbling. Thanks Texas heat. What am I looking at? I can't figure out what this piece is or the part number. And how hard is this to replace? I'm assuming I would need to pop the fenders out to get access for those portions.

    Ill get a brake down, but its near 10k. Around 5k for the entire rear axle assembly. Shy of 1500 of for the driveshaft. Then 4 bolts to connect the driveshaft to the rear diff.     Thanks for chiming in. The good thing is you bullet proofed the mechanism if and when the rubber bushing eventually and inevitably fails.
