These trucks seem to be very air filter sensitive in regards to excessive regens, the only two filters that are recommended are mopar 53034051AB or Fleetguard AF27684

That was not your first regen, these trucks are programmed to do a regen about every 25 engine run hours, sounds like you have some other issues going on and should get the codes read
You most likely have a long wait ahead, it took my truck almost 3 months to go to D1, then about another month until it was built, then two weeks waiting for a train. I ordered mine 1/23, my dealer has a eta of arrival around the first week of July

You will have to disable the lamp fault sense wires with alfa, by using the brake as a turn signal, it does not toggle the sense wire to ground like using the amber turns would.
Its possible that the previous owner installed a HID kit and is using a relay harness to power the ballasts, if that failed you would loose both low beams at once, you need to remove a headlight and see what you have going on.
