    If it looks like rust spots it's probably rail dust. Hot particles coming off the brakes become embedded into the finish and rust over time. Iron-X will remove them.

    ^^ This. My 4th gen 1500 sport held up very well with the plastic painted bumper cover. When I switched over to a 4th gen one ton with the painted steel bumper, I noticed how easily it chipped. I have chrome on my 5th gen now and haven't had any rock chips yet. The rear fender flares tho.....

    I too have 17's with 35 X 12.5. Method Standards 17x8.5 +25. Nearly identical specs as the AEV wheels. No rub, but I had to have the weights on the lip of the rim instead of the stick on one's. Only on the inside of the rim, the outside stick on weights cleared fine. Sent from my HTC U11...
