TCheck the under hood light. On my 2016 it was staying on all the time and would kill the battery in 2-3 days.

The "battery sweater" as you call it is actually there to keep heat from the battery,more then it's to keep heat in the battery.It helps...

TNormal battery life is now 2 years with any battery lately i change at least 20 a week at the dealer.
