Anyone familiar with a Case 621F?

If it's just the boom and not the bucket as well then I'd say you have a valve issue rather than a pump issue. Seems to me if it was the pump them it would affect both not just the boom

Hmm. That's pretty well backwards. When was the hydraulic filter last changed?

    Why should I...

Be careful with your 1/2 ton when loading a trailer. Being able to pull it isn't the question. It's being able to stop it. I've found a 70's to mid/late 80's Chevy C30 with the old granny low 4 speed to be an excellent farm beater. Plenty of truck to pull and stop and you can buy parts for a 350...

    Why should I...

I agree with BWL. I've spent my entire life on a farm and you can do a lot with a 1/2 ton. Get you a decent 40hp or so utility tractor with a loader and 4wd. If you plan on hauling livestock you can do it with a 1/2 ton truck. It'll just need to be a small trailer with a lighter load. No more...

    New Car For My Wife

Wife had an Acadia for a bit. No complaints. Don't remember the mpg but she decided it was bad enough to trade for a Camry

    Looking for a Dually

The Tradesman is the work truck for Dodge. My 2500 is a Tradesman and it's plenty comfortable. Only thing I miss from my loaded Silverado is the CD player and seat heaters. If it was me I believe I'd look at a 4500 as well. It doesn't take much on a 40' trailer to get heavy

    Post Pics of FrankenVehicles Here

The three axles reminds me of the flat car at Home Depot with the big wheel in the middle that rocks back and forth. Maybe that's how they steer it! It's like driving a teeter totter:doublepuke::anitoof:

    It's official-the 6.4L is getting an 8-speed

Damn. It's about time those heavy ******** got an 8 speed. I never understood the lack of that option with the hemi anyway

My first heavy tow & my suprise!

We grow chickens commercially and sell a lot of manure aka litter. It's amazing how heavy a load can be. Just a suggestion on your garden next time, if you plow your garden then lay off rows you can take a 5 gallon bucket about half full of litter and chop it up real fine with a shovel. Then you...

    Trailer Brake Settings.

I set it on 5 then start down the road and when I reach 20 or so I put my foot on the pedal. If I feel the trailer pushing I go up on the gain. If I don't feel it I usually leave it. Haven't locked up yet. This is on a road with very little traffic

2 small issues. Happen to you?

Haven't had either of them but can you use a small self tapping screw next to the attachment point in the spoiler? It's not technically "right" but I'm sure we've all done things like this
