Not positive on this but I think the Mcgaughys bracket requires the drilling and the Belltech bracket doesn't require drilling. The above link from cuylertech for 6spd ones you can clearly see the o2 bungs after the cat/resonator so I'm assuming only issue would be getting the o2 extenders which I'm sure Matt at moe's could get or have in stock for our trucks.
