Research and make calls about common fixes for that code, then move to the next, etc etc. You may have already done this, but in case you haven’t, that’s where I’d start.     Dang, they just replaced your entire column essentially. No, I haven’t got the issue sorted out yet. For $526, I’ll just reach over and change the channel, steering wheel controls aren’t THAT important. Lol

This is the first time I’ve even heard of that key thing and I’ve done extensive research, including multiple install videos and that thing hasn’t been mentioned once.
