    I have the same issue. Do you still have the 17.11.07 software? I have an appointment with the dealer but not until next week. Would much rather do it myself. Im on 16.13.13

    Thanks so much. Yes mine is a 2013, which didn't come with NAV, you had to pay extra and then download some code etc. That really confuses the dealer lol

    Well, no dice, not the 17 version or the 18 version. Both say contact the dealer, it seems the OTA update really jacked my stuff up. Now the dealership says need to replace radio which I know is total BS and if so I don't feel that I should have to pay for Uconnect breaking it with OTA...

    Ok thank you. I will check the schematic after work today. I am pretty sure I checked Fuse 95 when I replaced the camera but I will check again. I figure something has to be lose or bad connection since I get the blue screen and put in a new camera.

    Mine is an RA3 and its on 16.16.13 - I think I need to be on the 17.x version first before I can go to 18. I just want my GPS and time back to normal lol

    Thanks that was what I tried. I had the whole front apart shaking the wires etc and could not get her to go out. I am going to have to try again but all signs point to that.
