    The radio knows the truck is in reverse. So my guess is either the camera isn’t getting power or you don’t have the connections right to receive the signal to the radio.

    The connections at the radio are just the video signal. The camera would get its power when the reverse lights come on.

    If you had/have the 3.0 radio with your backup camera in your mirror the radio harness is not populated with any pin connectors. I used an existing RC connector I had for that. I just used a pick to push them in. You also need to tap the wiring harness on the passenger side at the side dash...

    2018 Ram 3500 srw 6.4 motor I have serious problems

    2500 trucks are typically used for work purposes. Pretty sure if it was previously registered as commercial truck that would be why warranty restrictions would apply. Might only get the 3 year 36000 warranty which is now over.
