Winter is here...

Pulled an Impala, Focus and Mazda MX6 out of the ditch this morning about 2 miles down the road from where I helped a driver who had just flipped his Explorer into the ditch.

The first snowfall is upon us....

Pulled out an F550 with flatbed/sander/plow and a pathfinder. Glad the plow wasn't excessively buried! 15" snow, Goodyear sra.

Just came accross a premium cluster with 2k miles over my current so I'll be swapping that as soon as possible, received all my LUX LED rock lights that I will be putting 12 under the truck and 4 in the bed. They mount with extremely strong magnets built in as heat sinks. Pretty awesome because you can position them however you want pending on what you need them for at any given time and bright as hell. And I'm also shopping for a tonneau, I'm thinking bakflip mx4. Hoping to have this all done before I make the the 1800 mile move to Arizona in January as well as a full detail

got back from cabelas and found a box of hella driving lights the wife dropped off during her lunch break on the counter( i get all my crap shipped to her work so i get it right away),so they're installed and the aux. lighting is done. i also found a nice note taped to the box.apparently she's tired of me "wasting" money on my truck,(she just bought a new mazda) so even though just yesterday i paid cash for the furnace install,i'm now going out after she gets off work and i'm buying her a new fridge and stove, whether i want to or not. i was this close to getting new rims and tires.

I installed my OPT7 LED's. Man they're bright, but were not plug-n-play, lol.

Waiting for a day its not freezing to install my drilled/slotted rotors and ceramic pads. I need a taller garage door...

BrakeMotive. Ceramic because it came with the kit, but also because I could use a little less brake dust. My current pads make my black wheels look brownish after a week.

It would have cost just as much to go with OEM options out there. The main reason I picked them was they're black zinc coated. I know the surface wears off, but the surface to the wheels and ends of the rotor rust bad around here. Ohio weather, lol.

I'm just over 80k. I looked in to BrakeMotive. I found Corvette guys talking about them and being happy. I now they have different quality products. But I figured if some Corvette guys were running some of their products, they must be somewhat reputable.

I'm not expecting much more performance on this setup. Well, other than the fact I'm riding 80k mile rotors. The black zinc coating sold me. I hate something looking rusty on my truck.

Well, recently I got my truck back from the body shop. Few weeks back an ****** decided to hit it in a grocery store parking lot, then run like a coward. It was the night the Cubs won the World Series. I stopped into my local store late to pick up a bag of dog food. Wasn't even in there for 10 whole minutes, I walk out and come out to a nice big dent and scrape with paint transfer on the rear of my box behind the wheel and in front of the bumper. $2160 later, and $500 out of my pocket she's good as new. The local police were not very helpful, only recently I found out that they had seen the video from the parking lot but they apparently weren't going to bother telling me that... Of course they couldn't see the plate... Funny in a store with a billion cameras you couldn't see this person's face leaving the store, going out to their specific brand of car, and running into my truck? I work in law enforcement myself, and it just didn't seem like they cared much to help me, at least the one officer assigned to my case anyways...

Other than that I'm going to install a tailgate LED bar soon, and I threw on a Mopar logo rubber hitch cover (super exciting, I know).
