Lets see those 1500's on 37's...I'm getting the itch to go bigger

Looking for similar look to this.

I am new to the forum. I've lifted multiple trucks in years past but need some insight. Jb1 recommended I follow this thread. I have a 2017 4wd Ram 1500 5.7l, looking to run at least 37 or 38's on 22x12 wheels preferably. I was recommended to run the 6" lift with bilsteins cranked up to get the 8" I want. I have no problem adding a body lift as well. But truly would like around 10" of lift to run 38's. Any other suggestions? Wheel offset recommendations? Thank you everyone in advance.
Craig

Why would you want a 12" wide wheel? Will you be running 38x15.50 tires?

A lot of people run 12 wides with 12.50 or 13.50” wide tires, it’s a stretched look.

I was looking at wheels online the other day and most of the new styles were either 20x9 or 20x12, they weren’t even offering a 20x10 in any bolt pattern, times change I guess.

Yeah i have been noticing this. Not only will the tires wear uneven because of the stretching of the tire, in my opinion it looks ghetto as hell when i see a nice truck with tires sticking out real far from the side of the truck. It makes no logical sense.

I actually forgot this thread which is surprising considering the amount of time I spent reading and looking over it before I got my 37s.

Your truck looks great and yes it’s a good thread for people to reference if they are thinking about getting 37’s
