whats the real verdict on long term wheel spacer usage?

If I go with 2.25” or 2.5” BORA spacers on OEM wheels will it tear up my front end? Will I be replacing wheel bearings every 5,000 miles on these rams?

Want it to look good but have some ounce of durability as well and I haven’t seen enough people posting about how these trucks handle it.

I had mine on for quite some time and no problems to report. To me it’s like any part of your vehicle, meaning check it like you check your oil. If you start to see any signs indicating concerns, you can always pull them off.

anyone else have any good info on bigger wheel spacers and long term front end health of our trucks?

wanna know if anyone has input if 2.25 or 2.5" spacers are going to have me investing in wheel bearings every 10,000miles.....

As long as everything is installed with the proper torque it is no different than installing wheels with less backspacing.

So you could ask anyone with wheels with the matching backspacing how their suspension components are lasting in the long term.

I had Bora 2" spacers on my 3rd Gen for a few years and 30k+ miles, never had an issue related to the spacers.

I have a set I bought, recently increased tire size and now even with a 6” lift, my -24offset wheels and 37s can’t work with them, hard rub at full lock. But they would with a 35x12.5 that I was running. Time to sell em. Sucks, these are not cheap. I will post in the For Sale section.
