Hoping you gurus here can help me out. A while back I picked up a new Alpine head unit with the PAC C2R-CHY4 wiring interface and a PAC SWI-RC to maintain steering wheel controls.
Initially it worked fine, but lately I've been having intermittent issues. Sometimes the buttons will work, sometimes not (seems to happen more on Bluetooth), and some buttons do not have correct function (eg. muting instead of changing radio output). Any suggestions? Voltage drop maybe? All connections appear good. Could it just need to be reprogrammed or updated? Thanks.
