Traffic is not your friend -- Dallas, Waco, Temple, Georgetown. My recommendation is get out of Dodge (pun intended) early.

Plan is to leave Johnson City, no later than 10:45, and so a 30min drive to Luckenbach. We can hang for an hour or so in Luckenbach and be at Alamo cafe about 1p. @Pull Ya that sound about right??

To all my fellow Texans within reasonable driving distance: look, it's gonna be hot at your place this weekend, too, so you might as well c'mon down for some lunch and a (Ram) show! Most of the motels and hotels have pools for cooling down and I bet a bar or two will be glad to take your money in exchange for cold brews and cool air. See y'all there!

Time frames look good to me. 10:30 in Johnson City---leave by about 10:45--Luckenbach at about 11:15-11:30----stay an hour or an hour and 1/2---then to Alamo Springs for lunch--should take about 30 minutes to get there from Luckenbach--I figure about 1:30-1:45 arrival at Alamo Springs----

So going through the Ram stuff in my garage gave me an idea...how about a little swap meet? It wouldn't be anything big: all the stuff I have, except for the stock Rebel rear sway bar, fits in a box and could be displayed on my tailgate. I wouldn't even charge for a couple of items...what do y'all think?

I've also got a set of chrome steps for a CC that came off my 13. Pretty good shape. If anyone wants to look I'll bring them, if not would rather not lug them around.
