Ok, I've searched through the forums and can't find an answer.
First: I have a 2014 2wd Express that I bought on a recent trip to Tennessee.

That being said, TN doesn't require a front plate however, I live in Texas and they do. Because the truck was in TN it never had the front lp holder mounted.

So, self tapping screws or find a no drill kit, what other options are there?

I personally like the Stow and Show license plate holder, looks cleaner to me. However my truck already came pre drilled so not worth it.

Ohio here ... Should be two dimples in the plastic showing where to drill ... Then self tappers ... Sure wish OH would get rid of that front plate ... Such an ugly blemish on a pretty face

Appreciate your input but I wound up having to drill. I didn't have the time to wait on shipping.
Thanks again.

You probably would have gotten away with it if you waited lol I have never had front plates, always been in TX, only have them on truck because it came pre drilled. Never had an issue. But better safe than sorry!

I would find a factory plate holder and mount that, then attach the plate to it. I think it looks better then just mounting the plate to the bumper, plus it makes it a little more secure.

Here in Arizona they don't require a front plate.. but I think I have the factory plate holder when I got my truck. They had it under the rear seat. I can ship it off to you.

I just went and checked and it wasn't in the box I put it in - but then I do recall now throwing it away knowing I was never going to use it. Sorry.
