Does anyone know if a chrome or plastic chrome front tag bracket is available for a 2015 Laramie with chrome front bumper? Why do they put a black bracket over a chrome bumper ?

Hunter... The tag bracket on the Laramie is a thick formed holder that contours the shape of the bumper. Chrome bumper and big old black bracket. This is not a tag surround you can get at an auto parts store. Thinking of painting it with chrome paint and seeing how it looks.
