Well we got less than 2 weeks to go before the Lone Star Mopar Fest and while I appreciate the number of people that have signed up to attend from this forum it seems like a pretty small representation. We have over 100 members in the Texas club alone and when most of them signed up they expressed some interest in getting together with other Ram owners. This is a chance to see and participate in one of the largest Mopar events in the state. Not only that, we are going to have a BBQ Saturday afternoon for the people that attend. This is a family friendly event with drag racing and a car/truck show. Hopefully we will be able to have a large group of members attend this event. Please use the "Sign-up" thread to indicate how many people will be attending with you so we can plan the amount of food that needs to be prepared. Thanks everyone and we hope to see you there.

Personally, I didn't even see this thread until about a month after I signed up. I was randomly surfing through the forum and found it. So there might be some others who are going but just don't know about the thread.

I've pretty much kept the thread in the correct sections, even though sometimes people don't check those sections very often. As the time draws a little shorter I might try to sneak it into a couple of the sections that get a lot more traffic.

We have arranged to have a reserved area for all of us to park together. We will be parking in lot "D". It is at the end of the track. We will be sharing the area with the Alamo Mopar Club from San Antonio. When you get to the gate you can ask for specific directions to the lot or you can look for Claud and I. We should be there first thing on Saturday to start setting things up.
