Another RusslRam custom headlight build

This has grown into a hobby for me. This time I'm trying to go a little bigger. I really liked my last set but as I was building those I had so many more ideas in my head.

So this time I'm going with a 3" projector, the g37r shroud with switchback halos. Going to use HID lights and putting in some aux high beams.

Had to trim both bezels to get the projector and shroud to fit. It's already starting to come together.

I couldn’t build a set for myself but I’m curious to see what it looks like and how much money it takes to make them.

I should. Still need to do a fine tuning. Little tedious but do not want to over trim. Might have to trim the top of the shroud just a little but it's covered by the bezel so won't be able to see it.

I used the x5 shroud on my mini h1 it's flat on top and bottom and it barely has enough space to aim downwards. Its pretty much touching. I don't have enough patience for trimming.

All scuffed up and ready for primer and paint. I have colors picked out but if anyone has any ideas I would be happy to hear some paint schemes.

Added a backlight to the high beam fog lights. It will run as a daytime running light.

Wired up everything. It's now plug and play except for the HIDs. Hopefully I can finish by next weekend.
