Brilliant!! I’m gonna do that for sure!

Also, do you guys actually have to shake out your shoes every time? Are the funnel web that common??

AHAHAH! Well, where I live, we don't leave our shoes outside, for this exact reason. That said, nobody has died from a Funnel Web bit in a long time - still - they are common. But the Brown Snakes are worse! :D

FYI - I sealed both the inside edge and the outside edge. The outside is better in my opinion, but I wanted to make sure I kept the dust and rain out. You can't do it all with the one sized rubber. I used 3 different sizes.

DRAGGED A U-HAUL TRAILER from North Jersey to Roanoke, VA.....Again.

Third trip with a 6' x 12' enclosed U-Haul trailer and Big White loaded up with my crap going into storage. Going into little apt. while I find property to build on.
Closing on my house in a week,
Surgery in about 3 or 4 weeks, some recovery while staying at a friends house in PA and THEN I get to join my wife in Knoxville, TN for good.
Lie-o-meter said I avg. 12.0 mpg.
Hand calculated it at 10.47 mpg.
Burned 87 octane all the way with no hiccups.
2500 Tradesman CC LB 6.4 with 4.10's was a dream. Trailer was a little overloaded weight wise but ballanced nicely. You forget it's back there. You REALLY forget it's back there when it's empty. So glad I moved up to the 2500.

Added vented foxbox 1-10" with kicker comp r. Needs more fine tuning. Also a much needed wash.

Very nice work. Sure with I had leaf springs to deal with. I have to do some cutting and welding to put some bags like that in mine.
Ha it’s not the springs. It’s the 1500. The 2500 has springs and it don’t squat. I know not the same springs. But it’s the difference in capacities of the truck. 1500vs2500. Leafs on the 1500 would squat also. Bags for sure on 1500 if you wanna keep her from bro leaning. I have yet to squat my 2500 with them ole “soft springs”

That's a free car wash every week.
Funny you say that. Before and after. It’s been raining and I got rained on the whole way from the farm and went though a few high water crossings. All I had to do was hose windows down and open my amp steps to get some rocks and crap out so they’d close. The rest was washed by the rain haha
