2016 1500, EcoDiesel 4x4. Very happy with level kit I had professionally installed at Woody Folsom in Baxley, GA. Tires are Toyo A/T 35x12.5x20. Factory 20” wheels. Took about half a day to get done. Road noise not too bad, not noticeable till at 60 mph+. Affecting MPG a bit, maybe 2-3 mpg

I'm going to say the 35x12.5 he put on also played a huge part in that. The level kit debate on mpg is still ongoing. There was a thread implicating the lift as disrupting airflow, thereby causing less than optimal drag/resistance on the aerodynamics of the truck

I don't think a level kit alone will alter you MPG. It is the other things you do, bigger wider tires is what kills it. On my 2010 after the level kit I put on it, I had 295/55/20 on 10x20 wheels. My MPG went down @ 2-3 MPG. But hey, we have trucks, who is worried about MPG's!! LOL

One thing that I see is, unless you recalibrated your speedometer with a programmer...
Depending on the size difference from stock, if your spedo is off..., your odometer is also off that same percentage.
If you add back in the percentage difference you'll find your mileage is not as bad as you think.

I keep track using the Fuelly app, and I only dropped 1/2-3/4 mpg with the 35s on it.

Does "Trinity" stand for "Diablo Sport "Trinity" Programmer" or are you just keeping mileage on an App?
I use the "Mileage Keeper" App but I'm still all stock at the moment.

Nice progression on you build photos, your truck looks excellent.
I just lifted mine yesterday with Bill's but not decided on the BL (1.5 or 3) until I take garage header measurments.

Just because I have a truck doesn’t mean I cannot attempt to get the best gas mileage possible.
Just my opinion.
It’s a plus if I do .
And who doesn’t like a plus

Agreed, but it's not the first thing I worry about. My wife doesn't even keep track of mpg in her Explorer

That’s nice, what bed topper is that?
Thanks,
It's an ARE "Z" the last one I bought was a Leer about 17 years ago for my 3500.

I had one of those drop a duce in my pants moments when I found out how much they cost now. I figured a slight increase but not double.

LCACEr - no I do not have the air suspension on mine. I have a buddy who has it and he wants to do a similar lift. Guy at dealer who did my install said you can put the 35's on...maybe you can just raise it up without the lift. Not sure how it works but I am sure its a common question
