another tip...every time the sales people lie to you or try and sell useless carp to you..lower your offer by $1,000. They cut the crap in a hurry :)

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a bad experience. My employer gets us good discounts through dodge jeep so I got my 15 grand Cherokee with little problem. Service however was another issue. Brought it in for an oil change and they decided they were going to change the cabin filter for me. After they told me it was 100 bucks to change it I said you better take it back out. Got home and my ac smelled like oil couldn't figure out why till I pulled my cabin filter back out to find it covered in oil. Guess they threw it away and had to put it back in when I told them I wasn't paying the outrageous fee to change a filter. I was beyond pissed. Cant imagine if it was something more serious. Then we had a whole issue of them putting conventional oil in my jeep after I had been having them put synthetic in since I bought it. They told me I was going to have to pay for both oil changes conventional and synthetic, after waiting 3 hours for someone to come get me I took and uber back to the dealer and me and the service manager had it out. Needless to say I wont be taking my new 1500 there for service

Hopefully the new dealer I used for my 1500 will service it properly. If not I will let you know.

Nice, I haven’t tried them yet since they switched ownership but was not satisfied with them the last time I had them service the truck.. a simple ac recharge cost way too damn much... never again.

I don't care about sales people/dealers... I just want the truck I want for the price I want.

But my last salesman looked like 70's Ron Jeremy, was wearing a mesh shirt & track pants - with the full **** mustache in effect.

He didn't know anything about the truck, how to set up or operate any of the electronics - on a Tradesman mind you - and he lost the title/paperwork from my trade.

Sure, 100K mile warranty sounds great except you have to take it to the dealer/manufacturer. I'd rather have 60K and pay for the additional through an after-market, so I can go where I want.

Maybe he was Ron Jeremy?

If they didn't act like they were doing you a favor every time you came in for an oil change, it would be great. Decided to go to the local Lithia dealership yesterday for my recalls, was treated unbelievably. I was shocked when I was ACTUALLY CALLED when it was finished. Nice, courteous and I received the inspection sheet. Something I never received at the other place after I asked for it. Found a new dealership.

Hey man live in the area, I have awesome experience service wise with the Lewiston, ID Ram dealership. The pullman,WA can go kick rocks they have shotty work. Postfalls,ID Ram was pretty good too but I prefer Lewiston.

Stockton Dodge, Stockton, CA. Made a deal in the online department, went to pick it up and typical "bait and switch" was tried because the online salesman was gone. I left without a truck. Called me back the next day to make "make it right". Purchased the vehicle and all was good. BUT, the service department screwed me over on the "Lifetime Warranty" because they failed to do the correct inspection (FCA wouldn't back it). Didn't find out until I needed it six years later. When I bought my 2016, I went to Tracy, CA. They did great, but the service department??? Nope, so I tried Normandin Dodge in San Jose. They did okay until the last visit. Couldn't do the recall items (event after I checked for parts) after a 4 week wait. Then, they hid the Dodge and made me play "Marco Polo" to find it in their lot (found it in the back corner and had to guide it out) now I am looking for a dealership in San Jose. Love the truck though:).

Dude its Stockton lol, shouldn't be going their anyway, go to Elk Grove lower taxes anyway.

I tried buying a rig from Pullman dealership and they didn't want to budge, so I left and went to Seattle. If you're ever up here, don't go to Dishman for service.

Ill start by saying this used to be a very friendly, relaxed and almost fun place to go. I bought my first 2 trucks here, and my mother bought all 3 of her monte carlos there. However several years ago they went through a very large expansion, and had a decent amount of personel turnover. Still tried to give them a couple chances, wemt to buy my 3rd pickup from them, was interested in a used duramax at the time (wanted to get into diesels and their power potential), they couldnt get me the payment i wanted so i was ready to walk, and they proceed to sell me into a brand new 1500, which at the time i hated the design and made that vocal to them. So they turn it around and try to tell me why i dont need a diesel and why a 1500 makes more sense. I walked out after letting them know it doesnt matter why i want a particular vehicle, im not going to spend my money on something i dont want so they can try and sweet talk some other sucker. Havent been back since, and never will.

I was super screwed over at Elk Grove when I bought my truck 5 years ago. They did everything possible to rip me off including taking away dealer discounts, inflating the loan apr selling me a ************* Century 3rd party warranty and then taking months of chasing them to cancel the warranty. Trick me once shame on you ...
