Hey Russ, can you list what components you used? They look fantastic.

Checked all the wiring and light alignment. Everything was plug and play and worked with no problems. Forgot to get a good cut off line pic. I got a partial one. Just need to seal them up now onec3dbe5e7d3a8a6369b38bddacf33e732.jpg5d151d0d81331ad8f39cc3a198684c65.jpg76e9c1689a70ccebef06618394f3e6c6.jpg

They look great. When you get them all completed message me with details and we can workout a price.

Great job

I trimmed the shroud for my build to fit tight to the reflector. I looks like I will have to trim the bezel to fit up now. There really isn't a right or wrong way to do this is there?

No right way but several wrong ways. Just take your time and as tedious as it is, trim in small increments. It will take several test fits on and off. By the time you are finished you will be a pro at assembling and disassembling the lights.

Looks great. My only concern is how far back the back of projector sticks out towards the dust cap. Might be a real tight fit with the bulb in. Not sure what set up you are using but with the projectors I have used I have very little space as it is to fit the bulb. I do appreciate and respect the "outside the box" thinking. Keep up the good work.

Thank you. I am trying to limit how much I actually have to trim or.modify any OEM parts to make this work. I figured the shrouds being modified would not cause.me as much of a head ache if I screw amything.up.

Right now, this is the only shroud I modified. I can get another set if I really mess up. Waiting on the HiLens LED high beam projector to arrive.

This pic shows the tail end sticking through. I'm using a Morimoto Mini D2S 4.0e0d46771aa6f89bdcf921da8ea92e255.jpg

This has been about a few hours at a time getting them set and then little trimming here and there. Thank you for the input sir. I like your builds, they look great!

Looks like plenty of clearance. Might have to look into that projector for the next build. Maybe it's just me but I hate how the dust cap is so far off center from the bulb. Be sure to take pictures and maybe start a build thread. That's where I got all my inspiration and information to help with my builds.

Sealed them up last night and put them in this morning. Just have to wait until it gets dark so I can get some good pictures. 4e55e4d46984bdf6e15f406987d7b783.jpg9e1c2db68c9c85a81359e3f9b970e39a.jpg497be02f5cd4eaf6074b410a186194da.jpg

once you have the projectors installed - how are they aimed? can they be adjusted after they're sealed back up?

They can't be adjusted clockwise or counter clockwise. They are attached to the original housing so you still have the stock vertical adjustment through the fender.
