Two questions
1. What years Ram 1500/2500 is this program limited too?
2. Can I change headlight low beam setting to allow HID’s without the need for a harness that eliminates “bulb out” error messages?
To #1- I believe someone recently posted about changes made to a 2010. If 2018’s can be done, I see no reason it wouldn’t work on 2019 classics. Two questions

I would bet you could select "LED" for light type in Alpha and it would ignore the bulb out function? I know people have done it using LED bulbs
Isn't there an HID Present setting in Alpha? I know I saw it while scrolling through the settings.I’ll have to give this s try.

Yes you can enable the alarm. The instructions for all of the options that have been successfully added and how to do it are at the beginning of the thread. One thing I'm thinking you may possibly run into an issue with is as far as I know everyone who has enabled the alarm has also already upgraded to the premium cluster. There's a small red LED that blinks on the bottom of the speedometer dial when the alarm is set. I'm not sure if that LED is present on the regular 3.5" speedometer in order for you to tell of alarm is activated or not. The alarm should still work either way but there may be no blinking light with the regular cluster. There might be someone who has done it with the 3.5" speedometer who will chime in to verify one way or the other on whether or not they have the red LED light.I'm curious if I have a basic factory alarm in my 2015 tradesmen. I was reading my build sheet and ran across this in the optional equipment section "MOPAR EVS Base Security System". Can anyone tell me if I do or not and if so what settings I would have to enable with alf to get it to work. Thanks in advance.

I have the 3-1/2" EVIC, and enabled the VTA option, and can confirm that there is a red LED in the display when the alarm is activeYes you can enable the alarm. That's good to know. I was wondering if there was or not. Is it in the speedometer dial like it is on the 7" speedometer?I have the 3-1/2" EVIC, and enabled the VTA option, and can confirm that there is a red LED in the display when the alarm is active

Thanks! I have looked all over my original speedometer and I couldn't figure out where the LED would light on those so I was unsure if it was there or not. That is definitely good information for the future.
I am using windows and I did not take snapshots but basically I went to the body control module then to reconfigure car setting and then clicked on the 2014 bed lights that are shown in Ramit2016 attachment on page 300. It Failed the first time but worked after I disconnected and waited then went back into the app a second time. Did not have to let the truck sleep they came on right away!!!
Thanks. How about wiring for them? I have a cover on mine and the light would be welcomed.
